1. Eligibility
   • Available only when booking and completing a full, paid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
   • Applies to UK landlords and property owners within our service areas.
   • New bookings only – this offer cannot be applied to past or existing services.
2. PAT Testing Details
   • Up to 5 portable appliances will be tested free of charge.
   • Additional items will be charged at our standard PAT testing rates.
   • PAT testing must be carried out at the same time and location as the booked EICR.
   • Appliances must be suitable, safe, and accessible – testing is at the engineer’s discretion.
3. Offer Conditions
   • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
   • We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
   • The offer has no fixed expiry date but may be ended at our discretion.
4. Limitations of Liability
   • We accept no responsibility for appliances that fail the PAT test.
   • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from misuse of this offer.
   • Misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity may result in the offer being void.
